Open RapidFire Lite application and select the file to be published using the Browse button. Click on "Publish to eDrawings" button to create eDrawings. Alternatively, you can publish the STL file to eDrawings by double clicking on it in windows explorer.

Yes you can publish eDrawings file from RapidFire Lite by running RapidFire executable on command prompt.

I get an error "License has not been configured for RapidFire Lite" when I double click on a STL file?

RapidFire Lite installation associates stl file extension with RapidFire Lite Application. On double clicking it launches RapidFire Application silently and publishes eDrawings file for the selected STL file. In the above scenario, the license for RapidFire Lite has not been configured. You'll either need to configure RapidFire Lite license or uninstall RapidFire Lite.
